Chief Product Officer

As experienced Product and Technical Manager, Mathilde has a proven track record as a leader in the tech industry, consistently developing profitable products over many years. Companies like Framfab and Lunarstorm have all benefited from her drive and vision, she has also been CEO at one of Swedens largest communities.

She is a certified Scrum Product Owner and highly skilled in Statistical Data Analysis, Agile Methodologies and Agile Project Management.

Johanna Schottenius

CEO

Johanna has a lot of experience of business and strategy development, processes and leadership. She has worked both as a management consultant for several years together with nine years at IKEA, where she held a number of senior leadership positions.

Johanna holds an MBA in business science.

Alexandru Vamanu

Chief Technical Officer

Alexandru Varmanu fell in love with programming while he was still at school. Today, he has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and almost a decade’s experience of developing enterprise business solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies. His expertise lies in big-data environments as lead software architect. Alexandru is one of the co-founders of Swerolab and currently responsible for our office in Cluj, Romania.

Vilhelm Schottenius has been a successful entrepreneur since before the Internet was even a word. Over the decades, he’s helped build a number of highly successful brands, including Björn Borg, Lunarstorm, Interactive Security and Yellow Brand Protection (now part of Corsearch). He specialises in creating and implementing business models and strategies.
